A visit to the Achilleion Palace that was built for the Empress Elizabeth of Austria is highly recommended. For the more venturesome, Corfu Town is only 12km away and is an excellent day out. The busy streets and spectacular Venetian architecture are well worth a visit, as well as all the fantastic museums and shops that are prevalent throughout Corfu Town.
The resort of Dassia is only a 15 minute stroll away, where there is an assortment of bars, restaurants and shops. Dassia is a great place for guests to enjoy some live, light hearted evening entertainment, and have the tranquility of the Telemachos hotel to return to.
